You can scan the barcode from the application and download a ticket to the exhibition to your mobile phone.

To make your work and communication at the INNOPROM exhibition more productive, we’ve provided a system for arranging meetings. Any registered participant can invite another participant to a meeting. To do this, it is necessary to download the mobile application and log in to it using the login and password from your user account.

You can hold a meeting in the Business Matchmaking area, at your stand, or any other place convenient for you and your counterpart.

Your schedule of meetings is displayed in the ‘My Schedule' section. Unconfirmed meetings are highlighted in yellow, and confirmed meetings are highlighted in green.

For companies interested in entering the export market, a ‘Dialogue with Trade Representatives' platform has been organized. You can schedule talks with any of the official trade representatives of the 53 regions of the Russian Federation through the INNOPROM mobile application.

It is possible to sign up for meetings with trade representatives on July 11 from 10:30 to 18:00 via the mobile application. During 10-minute meeting sessions, it will be possible to ask trade representatives about the nuances of entering the country’s market, optimal transport corridors, preferred payment systems, and potential demand in prospective export regions.

We provide a fully-equipped space for agreement signing ceremonies at the INNOPROM press center.

We’ve arranged for exhibitors to have a quick lunch, without having to queue. From 12PM to 3PM, from July 10 to 13, we’ll be offering lunches consisting of salad, soup, main course and drink.

From 3PM to 6PM, exhibitors can enjoy a coffee break service with hot and cold drinks.

The cafeteria is located on the central passageway, next to the food court. A dedicated entrance has been organized for the comfort of participants.
