Download and print out the invitation for the event participants entering from foreign countries

Contact the appropriate Russian Federation consular office (or visa processing center) and submit an invitation for visitors from foreign countries and other documents documents required for visa

Receive a confirmation letter with your Personal Account info at the e-mail address specified during registration
