Participation offers extensive opportunities to enter the Russian and international markets, establish new business connections with industrial leaders, and engage with government representatives.

Each year, the Trade Fair is attended by participants from a wide range of countries. In 2025, INNOPROM welcomed over 52,000 visitors from 66 countries. Annually, one of Russia’s key partner countries is featured with a special Partner Country status. In 2026, the Partner Country is the Republic of Indonesia. The main purpose of participating as a Partner Country is to strengthen bilateral relations between Russia and the partner country in the fields of trade, economic cooperation, and industrial innovation.

You can participate in several formats:

• With your own exhibition stand
• As a partner of the business program: by joining panel sessions as a speaker or by organizing your own session
• As part of an official delegation

Advance registration for the event is mandatory and available on our website. Registration will be opened in May 2026. If you need to apply for a visa, we kindly ask you to choose the extended registration format.
Depending on the purpose, you can choose different categories of visit:

• Visitor — This category is granted access to the exhibition booth and open events of the business program, except for the Main Strategic Session. Participation is paid.
• VIP participant — This category is granted access to the exhibition booth and open events of the business program, including the Main Strategic Session, access to the VIP lounge, a separate VIP entrance and registration area, access to VIP parking. Participation is paid.
• Delegate — For heads of federal and regional government authorities and official foreign delegations. This category is granted access to the exhibition booth and open events of the business program, including the Main Strategic Session. Participation is free of charge.
• Media — Participation for media representatives. This category is granted access to the exhibition booth and open events of the business program, except for the Main Strategic Session

Yes, a visa may be required. Please clarify the information relevant to your country.

You can find information on suitable visa types for visiting the Trade Fair on the website of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

To apply for a visa, please complete the extended event registration to access your personal account, submit a visa request via the “Apply for a visa” section, and, after receiving your official invitation, contact the relevant Russian consulate or visa center to proceed with your application (we recommend doing so at least two weeks prior to departure).

When crossing the border, you are typically required to present a valid passport and visa, as well as medical insurance, a return ticket, and proof of accommodation during your stay in the Russian Federation.

The organizers provide an official visa invitation, which will be available in your personal account after completing the extended registration on the website.

The International Exhibition Centre (IEC) “Ekaterinburg-EXPO” is located at: 2A Expo Boulevard, Ekaterinburg.

You can get there by taxi or public transport from anywhere in the city.

Yandex Taxi operates in Ekaterinburg (via the Yandex Go app). Payment is available by MIR card or in cash. Foreign bank cards are not accepted.

The Trade Fair organizer provides an official foreign delegation headed by the level of Deputy Minister official and higher with a liaison officer for prompt coordination of arising issues, assistance in organizing meetings for the delegation, and guided services for organizing the Trade Fair tour. Yes, shuttle transfers operate from key locations and hotels in the city to the exhibition center and back. Detailed information will be published on the Trade fair website — please follow the updates.

Yes, simultaneous interpretation is provided at some events of the business program.

The main working language of the Trade fair is Russian. Interaction in English is possible, but not always guaranteed. If you do not speak Russian, we recommend traveling with an interpreter.

Please use the B2B meeting scheduling service in your personal account. Access details will be sent to your email after registration. If you do not speak Russian, it is recommended to confirm with your counterpart whether a meeting in English is acceptable. If not, please arrange to attend with an interpreter.

Foreign Visa, Maestro, American Express, and Mastercard cards do not work in Russia. You can pay in cash.

We recommend bringing US dollars or euros, as they are the easiest to exchange for rubles. Currency exchange offices are available at Koltsovo Airport and in the city.

There is a food court at the exhibition venue where you can have lunch. If you choose VIP participation, you will have unlimited access to the VIP lounge with buffet-style catering.

Photographers and videographers must be registered for the event.

Free public Wi-Fi is available at the Trade fair venue. We also recommend arranging mobile internet with your telecom provider for use outside the venue.
