Yes, registration is required in order to access the event.

Yes, to visit the trade fair, you must complete the online registration in advance by selecting the best-fit participation format.

If attending as a visitor, you will not be required to have a badge. Visitor admission is granted via an e-ticket, which will be sent to the email address you provide during registration prior to the start of the event. The e-ticket must be shown on a smartphone screen or as a printed copy.

Please note that visitors are not permitted to attend the Opening ceremony of INNOPROM 2025.
Additionally, individuals under the age of 14 are not allowed to enter the trade fair.

Closer to the event dates, an e-ticket will be sent to the email address you provide during registration. This ticket must be exchanged for a participant badge at the Accreditation Center.

To save time and for overall convenience, we recommend picking up badges during the preliminary working days of the Accreditation Center (July 3–6).

To receive a badge, you must present your e-ticket and a valid ID.

If a company representative is collecting all badges for the organization, a power of attorney must be generated in the personal account and stamped with the company seal (other forms of power of attorney generated outside the personal account will not be accepted).
To expedite badge collection via power of attorney, we recommend selecting a date and time slot in the company’s personal account in advance—to ensure badges be ready at the designated time.

4. If you are a Media Representative, please register under the ‘Media Accreditation’ category. Please note that press services of state and commercial companies are not eligible for media accreditation.

1. If you wish to visit the trade fair exposition and the business program events (excluding the Main Plenary Session), select the ‘Register as a Visitor’ category.

2. If you would like to enjoy maximum benefits and premium participation options, we recommend selecting ‘VIP Participation’ (this option is available under commercial terms).

3. If you qualify as a Delegate, meaning you are a member of an official delegation or a federal / regional government official, please register under the ‘Delegate’ category.

If you are a trade fair exhibitor, access to the personal account for badge registration will be automatically granted and sent to the email address of your company’s designated contact person in charge of participation. Please request personal account access through your personal manager.

From July 7 to 10, the IX Russia-China EXPO will be held as part of the INNOPROM International Industrial Trade Fair.

If you have already registered for INNOPROM, no additional registration is required to attend the Russia-China EXPO. The trade fair exhibits and business program can be accessed using your INNOPROM e-ticket or participant badge.

Please do invite your partners to the Premier Industrial Trade Fair of Russia! In your personal accreditation account or your company group account, go to the ‘Invitations’ section and click ‘Send Invitation.’ You may invite as many visitors as you would like and you can conveniently specify your booth number within your invitation.

After you submit this short invitation form, your partner will receive an email invitation* to the Trade Fair. They must then complete the online registration to attend.

* Please note: This invitation does not grant an e-ticket or participant badge. To attend INNOPROM, all guests must complete prior online registration and select their preferred participation format.

If you need to register one participant, please select the ‘Individual Registration’ type.
If you need to register two or more participants to represent your organization, please select the ‘Company Registration’ type. Then, after registering the company, you will gain access to the personal account, where you will need to add the profiles of all employees from your organization planning to participate in the Trade Fair under the ‘Employees’ tab.
