Rating of regions with effective implementation of industrial policy was presented at INNOPROM-2023

The top 20 most efficient industrial regions included: Moscow, Moscow Region, Republic of Bashkortostan, Krasnodar Territory, St. Petersburg, Republic of Tatarstan, Tula Region, Chelyabinsk Region, Sverdlovsk Region, Nizhny Novgorod Region, Rostov Region, Kaluga Region, Orenburg Region, Kurgan Region, Ryazan Region, Leningrad Region, Republic of Karelia, Republic of Mordovia, Omsk region, Chuvash Republic.
Regions that have made the greatest leap in industry development have been awarded the "Breakthrough of the Year" prize. Thus, Vladimir region shows an increase of 33 positions in the rating and ranks 22nd, the Republic of Buryatia is 25th, the growth was 26 positions.

In addition to the first three prizes and the "Breakthrough of the Year" nomination, the regions with the highest scores in terms of the sum of indicators in blocks were awarded in separate "Best in Block" nominations. Among them:

  • Chechen Republic (block 1 "Economic development of the region");
  • Nizhny Novgorod region (block 2 "Regulatory framework of the region. Regional measures of state support and development institutions");
  • Krasnodar Territory (block 3 "Interaction of the region with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and the Industrial Development Fund");
  • Sverdlovsk Region (block 4 "Business activity of the region. Youth policy. Industrial tourism");
  • Ivanovo region (block 5 "Digital transformation of the region").

"We broadcast the best cases identified during the evaluation process through federal practices to other regions. Thus, we are improving the quality of public administration in industrial sector in the whole country," Denis Manturov said.
