The application process for the IV All-Russian ‘Young Industrialist of the Year’ Award is now open. The competition invites owners and managers (under the age of 40) of medium and small industrial enterprises with annual turnovers ranging from 120 million to 2 billion rubles. Applications will be accepted until February 15, 2025.

The award ceremony will take place in July 2025 during the INNOPROM International Industrial Trade Fair in Ekaterinburg.

Key evaluation criteria for participants include strategic decisions that have driven company success, such as business process optimization, digitalization initiatives, implementation of social programs, team development and training, introduction of new products, and expansion into new markets.

Winners of the award will receive cash prizes, membership in the Club of Young Industrialists, and opportunities to participate in the ‘Federal Practice’ internships organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. They will also have a chance to showcase their projects at meetings with key government officials.
