INNOPROM headliners announced

INNOPROM is the main industrial, commercial and export platform in Russia. As one of the key testing ranges of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the exhibition serves a platform where the basics of industrial policy are laid. In 2021, the exhibition will occupy the area of 40,000 square meters.

The business program comprises more than 150 events, including conferences, seminars, presentations of companies and regions focusing on productivity, digital production, educational solutions for industry, technologies for cities and other topics.

The main strategic session of INNOPROM "Flexible Manufacturing: Maximum Adaptation" will be attended by the Russian Federation Government heads and CEOs of the world’s largest companies.

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has been invited to participate in the business program. In parallel with INNOPROM, the 53rd International Symposium on Robotics, the most reputed event in the field of industrial and service robotics, will be held. The International Robotics Symposium has been held since 1970 by the International Federation of Robotics (IFR), the world’s leading association in robotics. IFR members include leading companies, associations and scientific institutions from around the world working in the field of robotics: ABB, Comau Robotics, Fanuc Corporation, Kuka Robotics, NACHI Robotic Systems, SCHUNK, Yaskawa Electric, Kawasaki Heavy Ind., CODIAN Robotics, YUJIN Robot Company and others.

The Symposium will include the sessions on global trends in robotics development, as well as some practical sessions to increase the pace of Russian industry robotization, and also futurological workshops on robotics in all aspects of our lives.

Italy, the Partner Country of INNOPROM 2021 plans to have the largest national exhibition with an area of 3,000 square meters, represented, in particular, by the international energy group Enel, car tyre manufacturer Pirelli and other companies.

According to the information of Italian Embassy in Moscow, the Italian business will be represented by such areas as: energy, environmental protection, engineering, aerospace, technologies, transport engineering, foundry, metalworking, and startups.

Mr. Pascal Terracciano, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Italian Republic to Russia, said that within the framework of INNOPROM the delegation was preparing to hold a week of Italian culture in the Ural capital, the central event of which will be a concert in the Sverdlovsk Philharmonic Hall, with the participation of conductor Fabio Mastrangelo and Italian singers. A series of film screenings and an exhibition dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci are also planned as a part of the cultural program.


The stands of Russian regions will work at INNOPROM: in particular, of the Moscow Region, the Altai Krai, The Krasnodar Krai, the Perm Krai, the Kaluga Region, the Leningrad Region, the Lipetsk Region, the Ulyanovsk Region, the Chelyabinsk Region, the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the Republic of Crimea, the Tatarstan, the Udmurtia and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Regions.

A stand of the Sverdlovsk Region will cover an area of more than 1,000 square meters, which is by one third more than in 2019. It will be a place for an image exposition of the region. As we were told at the Sverdlovsk Regional Department of Information Policy, they will meet the guests at the "Ural House" welcome zone.

Over 600 exhibitors took part in the main Russian industrial trade fair in 2019. 43,000 people from 90 countries visited it during the 4 days of the event, more than 76% of them being Russian and foreign top managers. The national expositions of 17 countries were organized at the fair.
