NOVIKOM to discuss financial solutions for industry at INNOPROM

Comprehensive financial support is becoming one of the key factors in the development of Russian industry. Which tools are most in demand by enterprises today and how to build an effective strategy in a changing economy will be discussed during the panel discussion "Financial Code of Industrial Growth". It is organized by bank NOVIKOM (part of RT-Finance holding of Rostec State Corporation) at the International Industrial exhibition INNOPROM-2026.

The discussion will bring together representatives of government authorities, development institutions, industrial enterprises and the financial sector. The participants will discuss the issues of attracting financing, implementing investment projects and building a comprehensive resource strategy, considering industry specifics. The session will be held on July 7 at 2:30 p.m. in Hall 3.3. Admission is free.

In addition, representatives of NOVIKOM will participate in the discussion of issues related to the engineering personnel training, support for young professionals and the development of mentoring. In particular, the bank will present its experience in implementing the motivational program «Development». It provides employees with access to credit products on preferential terms. In addition, NOVIKOM experts will speak at sessions on the role of women in industry and sustainable development of territories.

As part of INNOPROM 2026, the NOVIKOM delegation will also hold a series of working meetings with current and potential partners, representatives of industrial enterprises and educational organizations. Their goal is to develop cooperation in financing the high-tech industry, engineering personnel training and implementing joint projects.

The 16th International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM-2026 will be held in Yekaterinburg from July 6 to July 9, 2026. The main theme of the exhibition will be "Industry 360: Production without borders". The business program will bring together about 100 sessions in 15 thematic areas, from digital manufacturing and robotics to capital for industry and human development.
