Federal companies Perspektiva and Voskhod have become co-founders of Perm-based Robotech LLC, acquiring 12.5% stakes each. Founded in 2019, Robotech has demonstrated remarkable growth, increasing its profits 12-fold and showcasing its innovative developments at the INNOPROM International Industrial Trade Fair in 2024.

Robotech’s ownership structure reflects significant federal investment. 25% of shares are equally divided between the investment partnership Perspektiva (12.5%) and MC Voskhod (12.5%), established by the investment company Interros.

Evgeny Poshvin, the former Vice President of Novomet Group, remains the company’s principal investor, holding a controlling 75% stake in Robotech.

Since its founding in Perm in 2019, Robotech LLC has achieved significant financial success, with profits rising 12 times in 2023. Participation in INNOPROM has provided Robotech with an invaluable platform to present its products to targeted audiences and expand into new markets.
