Getting Ready for 9th Russia-China EXPO

The 9th Russia-China EXPO will be held on July 7-10, 2025 in Yekaterinburg alongside the INNOPROM International Industrial Trade Fair.

The event is fairly recognized as the premier industrial trade venue, promoting the growth and diversification of the Russia-China partnership. The EXPO has always been a grand-scale occasion, with booths showcasing Russian and Chinese businesses, Russian regions, and Chinese provinces. The Russia-China EXPO provides an excellent opportunity to introduce investment potential of one of the world's strongest economies.

The Russia-China EXPO is an annual event since 2014 held alternatively in Russia at the site of the INNOPROM International Industrial Trade Fair in Ekaterinburg (Sverdlovsk Region), and in China as part of the Harbin International Trade and Economic Fair (Heilongjiang Province). It is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, and the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province. The event operator is Business Event (member of Formica Group), an international exhibition operator.

The 8th Russia-China EXPO was held in China on May 17-21, 2024. Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, and Han Zheng, Vice President of the People's Republic of China, attended the opening ceremony and toured the EXPO together. The Russian section of the EXPO featured 233 companies from 16 Russian regions, spanning over 3,500 square meters. Over five days, the expo attracted more than 300,000 visitors, including over 2,000 from Russia.
